Personality Test

Personality Test

The four basic factors following determine the choice of one's profession:

  1. That of personality; a factor which is related to how much what one would like to do or is presently doing appeals to them; suits them. The 16PF Personality Test is one of the most valid and reliable scientific tests of measurement of one's personality traits because it has been proven to be able to determine the parametres that shape human behaviour and performance.
  2. That of personal interests; a factor which is related to how much one likes the profession they are about to follow and how much they get pleasure out of it so that they give 100% of their potential. The OVIS Interests Questionnaire is particularly useful to those who are indecisive as to their professional goals and helps people connect and relate their interest on specific activities with information about professions.
  3. That of personal abilities; a factor which declares whether one can do the profession which they like or already have better than others. Personal abilities are particularly valuable as they bring forth specific inclinations as well as skills which help in the right decision-making and the choice of profession. The CAB ability test accurately measures and clearly defines the innate ability of an individual to perform the basic functions that are necessary in professional life.
  4. That of personal values; a factor which relates to the motives that urge an individual to choose a specific profession. In other words, they are the reason that makes the specific profession significant to somebody and to what it has to offer to the individual per se. In this Values Questionnaire the teenager is given the chance to detect and assess their individual values which contribute to the choice of their future profession.
